Unique and delicious recipe ideas for your July Fourth Festivities. From appetizers, to grilled goodies to decadent desserts, I’ve got you covered. The Fourth of July is almost here! I can’t believe the summer is almost half over. With the kids out of school, I’ve been spending the majority of my time packing picnic lunches, leading backyard crafts and waging sunscreen wrestling matches. That doesn’t mean I’m not working though — I’ve still be doing a bit of recipe development and story writing for clients. Between food projects and chasing kiddos, the days are fun but tiring and I can’t seem to find the energy for regular blog posts. I’ll be back here with more regularity come September but in the meantime, I thought I’d share a few fun and delicious ideas for summer cookouts, especially the Fourth. Many of these are recipes I’ve developed for clients lately and a few are old favorites from my Homemaker’s Habitat archives.
Whatever you decide to make or do, I wish you a very happy and safe Independence Day! Enjoy!
