This creamy, tangy tzatziki-inspired sauce is the perfect topping for Gyros, sandwiches and grilled meats.

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup seedless cucumber, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic and dill. Stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sauce can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir well before using. Serve with Gyros, grilled meats, or as a dip with pita and veggies.
